Blockx Investments Ltd. is an African luxury real estate investment platform. We originate, structure and manage opportunities in prime residential, hospitality, mixed-use and development assets across the continent. Every mandate is reviewed in-house, documented under clear governance, and presented only when it meets our standards.
We are not a real estate agency, a crowdfunding platform or a generalist investment company. We are a focused partner for investors who want disciplined exposure to African luxury real estate without building a local operating team of their own.
A core part of our model is Fractional Ownership: a defined economic share of a specific luxury unit, giving investors the benefits of income and appreciation from institutional-grade real estate without owning the whole asset. Fractions are structured, documented and governed alongside every whole-unit mandate.
